Well, Spring is here with summer soon to follow! I am so looking forward to some upcoming Silhouette events coming up this year. Thought I share some highlights from my silhouetting adventures from last year!
Here are some silhouettes I cut last year at The Ipswich Ale Festival at Spencer-Pierce-Little Farm, an Historic New England House. Cutting beards was especially fun! Looking forward to possibly doing this event again in September!
Also last summer I was delighted to have been invited to do Silhouettes at Jeffers Tavern in Historic York Village! I spent a day sharing silhouettes with the Junior Docents during their training program! Alot of fun and everyone was so nice!

And this was my booth last year at Alfred Festival in Alfred, Maine. I plan to be there again this year!

I'm still cleaning out my portfolios and I recently found a booklet I illustrated once about Religion in the USA. I was living in Connecticut at the time. It was entitled Religion USA and was produced by a company called Happy History, Inc. It's goal was to celebrate the diversity of religions that were present in the area at that time. These are some of the religious symbols I was asked to draw for the book. I thought it would be fun to share these during the Holiday season. I was asked to draw this as a symbol of the Baha'i concepts on the Oneness of Religion. Kamal's Day and Babysitter Blues make great gifts!

SO grateful that I have two books that I've written and illustrated available on line NOW!  A picture book for the young ones and a chapter book for older readers!
