Portraits at Strawberry Festival and Upcoming Events!

Another Strawberry Festival in South Berwick, Maine has come and gone! This was my fourth year doing portraits at it!
I've had a busy summer so far, with several graduation parties, a corporate picnic, and two festivals so far! On Friday, The 4th of July, I will be doing Silhouettes at Strawbery Banke Historic Community in Portsmouth, NH from 10 am to 5 pm! On Saturday, July 5th I'll be performing  in Portsmouth, NH with Salt River at Summer in the Streets, a concert series sponsored by Pro Portsmouth!

Tree of Religion Illustration- Happy Holidays!

I'm still cleaning out my portfolios and I recently found a booklet I illustrated once about Religion in the USA. I was living in Connecticut at the time. It was entitled Religion USA and was produced by a company called Happy History, Inc. It's goal was to celebrate the diversity of religions that were present in the area at that time. These are some of the religious symbols I was asked to draw for the book. I thought it would be fun to share these during the Holiday season. I was asked to draw this as a symbol of the Baha'i concepts on the Oneness of Religion. Torah- Judiasm Christian Cross Menorah-Judiasm This symbol- the Crown of Thorns was included in the book as a Christian Science symbol Another pretty Menorah Happy Holidays!

Kamal's Day and Babysitter Blues make great gifts!

SO grateful that I have two books that I've written and illustrated available on line NOW!  A picture book for the young ones and a chapter book for older readers!
